Short Summary: Lucy Emmingham (21 at the time), her husband Edward (26 at the time) and a few guest were waiting for a taxi when three men appeared. These men started hurling abuse at Lucy, due to her choice of wedding dress and the way she looked. Lucy mentions how she has "(...) always been a bit alternative when it comes to fashion. I always said when I got married it would be in black because I wanted a Gothic style wedding". She also recalls being "(...) pushed down the steps and knocked unconscious. I was out for three minutes. While I was out cold there was a bit of scuffling and the men left but one of my friends was also injured and Edward was shaken. I could have fractured my skull or died (...)". She ended up with a black eye and several cuts and bruises and needing to spend seven hours at the hospital. One guest, Jamie Johnstone (21 at the time), was also taken to hospital due to her lip piercing being torn out.
